Saturday January 10th, 2026
On a rainy Saturday, members and non-members from our community came together for a day dedicated to relaxation, movement, and rejuvenation.
Throughout the day, we offered a variety of wellness-focused classes, including Tai Chi, a lap swimming workshop, water aerobics, arthritis aquatics, and yoga. For those looking to move safely and confidently, a physical therapist led a hands-on fitness equipment tutorial, guiding guests through our gym offerings.
Beyond movement and mindfulness, guests enjoyed all-day food and beverages—featuring premium charcuterie, nutritious snacks, a selection of drinks, and thoughtful touches like complimentary eye masks and slippers. Best of all, our members attended at no cost. When it comes to our community, we go all out—only the best will do.
