  • Director of Community & Donor Engagement hired Q1.

  • Conduct site survey & finalize land lease with the State Fair of West Virginia.

  • Increase community awareness & fundraising efforts.

  • Pursue local, regional & nationwide grant opportunities.

  • Select pool consultant.

  • Begin design development & construction documents.

  • Complete capital commitment phase.

2020

  • Bid out construction project.

  • Select contractors for development.

  • Begin facility construction efforts.

  • Develop detailed membership models.

  • Initiate membership marketing and advertising efforts.

  • Grow membership roster across all categories.

2021

  • Hire key management staff.

  • Develop detailed facility programming.

  • Complete facility construction & interior installation.

  • Hire hourly staff members & conduct training programs.

  • Continue growing membership roster.

  • Open facility to our membership.
